• Average total compensation $65,000 to $88,000 per year (30 service hours/week).
• Base rate $20–$25 per 50‑minute Swedish massage.
• Uncapped commission $5–$9 per 50‑minute massage.
• Tips average 18%–25% of the non‑member price; average tip $20–$30.
• Weekly pay with tips paid out same day.
