Prosperity Eating Disorders and Wellness offers evidence-based, comprehensive, and holistic treatment to individuals struggling with eating disorders, depression, anxiety, trauma, and self-esteem. Our highly trained clinical providers utilize evidence-based therapies such as CBT, DBT, ACT, RO/DBT, and IFS.

This is a part-time or full-time therapist position that will facilitate individual sessions and group therapy sessions in our PHP and IOP programs for teens and adults. Must be able to work one evening a week from 5 pm to 8 pm. Responsibilities include conducting therapy using evidence-based treatments, coordinating with other providers, and documenting patient progress.

• Experience with evidence-based therapies such as CBT, DBT, ACT, RO/DBT, and IFS
• EMDR trained is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Experience working with eating disorders, anxiety, depression, and self-esteem issues
• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field
• Licensed or license-eligible in the state of Virginia
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
