As a Caregiver at Executive Homecare of Fairfax, you will play a pivotal role in providing essential personal care and assistance to our clients in the comfort of their homes. You will be part of a compassionate team dedicated to improving the lives of individuals in need. • Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
  • Provide support with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene.
  • Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
• Medication Reminders
  • Provide reminders for medication according to prescribed schedules.
  • Support clients in managing their medication routines.
• Meal Preparation and Nutrition
  • Assist with meal planning and preparation, adhering to dietary requirements.
  • Monitor and encourage proper nutrition and hydration.
• Companionship and Social Interaction
  • Engage clients in meaningful conversations and companionship.
  • Accompany clients to appointments and social activities.
• Health Monitoring
  • Observe and report changes in clients' health status to the care team.
  • Document care provided and any notable observations.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience as a caregiver or similar role preferred.
• Certification in CPR and First Aid preferred.
• Compassionate and empathetic attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and work collaboratively within a team.
• Certification in PCA, CNA, HHA.
