Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients in the home setting. You will develop plans to improve mobility and independence using our specialty programs such as Balance and Fall Prevention, Spine Safety, and joint replacement pathways.
The role requires current PT licensure in the state, valid driver’s license, and strong clinical skills. Preference for at least one year of experience and a commitment to high-quality home-based care.
