Crescent Hotels & Resorts is honored to announce an exciting opportunity for a talented Concierge for the grand opening of JW Marriott Reston Station Residences this August. Join the opening team of the first JW Marriott in Virginia. Experience a new level of luxury at JW Marriott Reston Station, a 28-story landmark that overlooks Reston Row, a lively urban hub with top-notch dining and entertainment options.
The hotel features 247 rooms across 12 floors, with 35,000 sq ft of luxury meeting space including two ballrooms, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a large skylight. The JW Residences occupy the remaining 16 floors. The property is conveniently located along the Silver Line Metro, between Dulles International and Reagan National airports, providing excellent access to the capital region.

Whatwill you be doing?
- Respond to requests from Residence owners regarding visitor information, special services, and arrangements.
- Collect and provide information about the property and surrounding area to Residence owners and their guests.
- Announce all visitors and contractors to Residence owners before allowing access, ensuring only authorized visitors are permitted.
- Process all calls, messages, requests, and concerns in a timely manner.
- Contact appropriate departments to resolve requests or issues as needed.
- Assist with reservation services for owners and help book elevators for move-ins and move-outs.
- Support valet services when owners request their vehicles.
- Perform lobby ambassador duties and document relevant information in logs.
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to a manager and complete safety training and certifications.
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Skills And Abilities
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience in a similar role.
- Experience in a luxury hotel environment is preferred.
- Must have the ability to communicate in English. Self-starting personality with an even disposition. Professional appearance and manner at all times. Strong guest communication skills. Willingness to pitch in and help coworkers.
- Finger/hand dexterity to operate relevant equipment. Ability to grasp, lift, and/or carry up to 100 lbs on a continuous schedule.
