Sourcing Specialist

Overview

Base pay range: $35.00/hr - $37.00/hr

Addison Group is seeking a Recruiting Sourcer to support our client with high-volume hiring needs in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry. This role requires strong sourcing skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.

• Type: Contract role, hybrid schedule (initially 3 days in-office weekly, shifting to 2 days in-office after the first few weeks).
• Location: Reston, VA (hybrid).
• Pay Rate: $35 - $37/hour
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm (40 hours/week).
• Duration: 3+ months
• Team Environment: Work alongside a collaborative recruiting team of 15+ professionals, reporting to a direct and transparent leader.

• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to source qualified candidates for up to 20 active job openings at a time.
• Consistently deliver at least 6 well-qualified candidate submissions each week.
• Leverage Linked In Recruiter, job boards, networking, and creative sourcing strategies to identify top talent.
• Screen and engage candidates, presenting only the strongest profiles for consideration.
• Collaborate with the recruiting team to track progress and adjust sourcing strategies as needed.

• Experience: 3+ years of high-volume sourcing within the AEC industry (Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or related consulting).

  Proficiency with Linked In Recruiter and major job boards; familiarity with ATS and HRIS systems.
• Soft Skills: Energetic, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
