Bulletin Intelligence – a premium provider of customized business intelligence briefings for executives – is looking for a Senior Director of Talent Acquisition to build and grow our company’s talent acquisition program. We are an established, consistently profitable, 150-employee firm that is nonetheless on an exciting growth trajectory more reflective of a start-up organization. The company is looking for just the right innovator to help us take BI to the next level.

This is a new position and reflects a wholesale reimagining of the approach the company will take to attract and retain staff.

Responsibilities

• Develop the strategy for a robust talent acquisition program that is scalable to support business growth
• Create, refine and implement effective, repeatable talent acquisition processes, metrics that drive continuous improvement, tools, assessments and recruiting practices that are consistent with and reflect organization’s brand and culture
• Serve as a trusted advisor to executive team on all elements of talent acquisition
• Supervise initial staff of two professionals; provide development opportunities through real-time experiences and creating an environment of continual learning
