The UI/UX Designer is responsible for creating intuitive, engaging, and user-centered digital experiences.

This role combines creativity with analytical thinking to design interfaces that are visually appealing, highly functional, and aligned with user needs and business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Figma, user research, and experience working in Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • User Research & Analysis:
    Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to understand behaviors, needs, and pain points.
  • Wire framing & Prototyping:
    Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize design concepts and user flows.
  • Visual Design:
    Develop high-fidelity UI designs that align with brand guidelines and enhance usability across web and mobile platforms.
  • Interaction Design:
    Define user interactions, ensuring smooth transitions, animations, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Collaboration:

    Work closely with product owners, managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into user-friendly designs.
  • Design Systems:
    Maintain and evolve design systems and component libraries for consistency and scalability.
  • Accessibility & Responsiveness:
    Ensure designs meet accessibility standards (WCAG) and are optimized for various devices and screen sizes.
Required Qualifications
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, design thinking, and user-centered design.
  • Experience with responsive design and accessibility standards.
  • Ability to interpret data and feedback to iterate and improve designs.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in Agile or cross-functional product teams.
  • Prior experience with Financial client is highly preferred.
