Are you a Chief Architect looking to lead architectural initiatives in a dynamic and innovative environment? Intellibus is seeking a visionary Chief Architect to shape our technology landscape and drive architectural decisions aligned with our strategic objectives.

• Strong background in Java backend development and UNIX systems.
• Proven experience in software architecture, including architectural blueprints and enterprise architecture methodologies.
• Ability to establish and monitor architectural metrics to ensure system performance.
• Define and drive the overall architectural vision and strategy for the company.
• Provide hands-on expertise in Java backend development and UNIX systems.
• Develop and maintain architectural blueprints and documentation.
• Lead and mentor a team of architects and developers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Implement and manage enterprise architecture methodologies to ensure scalability and performance.
• Engage with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Establish and monitor architectural metrics to ensure system performance and reliability.
• Work closely with other departments, including Product Management, Operations, and Sales, to align technical solutions with business objectives.
• Advocate for best practices in software development, including Agile methodologies and Dev Ops practices.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in technology architecture leadership roles.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing technology architecture aligned with business goals and industry best practices.

• Strong expertise in technology architecture, software architecture, and architectural blueprints.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in developing architectural metrics and reports for executive and management teams.
• Proficiency in enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies.
