Role OverviewSenior Maximo Solution Architect responsible for leading enterprise architecture projects from planning through delivery in support of federal initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Lead solution design, technical strategy, and architectural documentation for Maximo MAS implementations, upgrades, and integrations
- Interface with stakeholders across federal client organizations to align system strategies with business needs
- Guide cross‑functional teams and ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the project lifecycle
- Apply advanced principles to solve complex technical challenges and optimize system performance
- Support milestone events, audits, and documentation efforts across the acquisition lifecycle
Master's Degree
Required Technical And Professional Expertise- A minimum of 10 years of enterprise architecture experience, including Maximo MAS implementations and upgrades
- A minimum of 5 years maintaining complex technical platforms during delivery and steady state
- A minimum of 5 years leading lean‑agile squads and cross‑functional teams
- Strong consulting and stakeholder engagement skills
- Deep understanding of the Maximo Compatibility Matrix and industry standards
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal security clearance with the U.S. government
- Cloud platform certifications are a plus (e.g., AWS, IBM Cloud)
- A minimum of 5 years of experience supporting federal clients
- Experience developing architectural deliverables and technical documentation
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and compliance standards
- Proven ability to lead technical discussions and collaborate with cross‑functional teams
