Role OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Solutions Consultant to join our team and drive the implementation of cutting-edge data processing, automation and visualization solutions for our clients. This customer-facing role combines deep technical expertise with strong communication skills to deliver transformative solutions across diverse enterprise environments. You will work closely with customers to deploy, optimize, and support Nuix and related applications across complex infrastructure environments.
Nuix solutions continue to evolve with advanced analytics and automation, and this role will play a key part in enabling customers to get the most out of their investigative and eDiscovery tooling.
Role LocationThis position will be based in our Reston office. The candidate is required to attend the office a minimum of 3 days per week but may voluntarily elect to work either remotely or from the Reston office for the remaining days of the week.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with Business Consultants, Pre-sales and Customers to understand their business requirements and technical constraints
- Design and implement Nuix solutions tailored to specific customer needs
- Conduct technical discovery sessions and requirements gathering workshops
- Collaboratively develop solution architectures and implementation roadmaps for technical and business stakeholders
- Lead end-to-end implementation of Nuix solutions in customer environments
- Deploy and configure Nuix solutions applications in Linux and Kubernetes environments
- Manage solution rollouts across AWS and Azure cloud platforms
- Ensure seamless integration with existing customer systems and workflows
- Implement orchestration, automation, data pipelines and model fine-tuning processes
- Establish monitoring and performance optimization frameworks
- Create technical documentation and implementation guides
- Develop and optimize prompt engineering strategies for various use cases
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact throughout the customer lifecycle
- Provide ongoing technical guidance and troubleshooting support
- Train customer teams on solution usage and best practices
- Identify expansion opportunities and additional use cases
- This role may require up to 20% travel for customer engagements and on-site implementation
- Prior experience in Professional Services or customer-facing solution delivery roles.
- Scripting experience Python or Ruby
- Strong hands-on experience deploying and managing solutions in Windows and Linux environments with proficiency in Linux system administration and command-line operations
- Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining web applications and supporting service layers.
- Proficiency tuning:
Network performance, including SMB shares and NAS optimization and Storage infrastructure, including RAID configurations and throughput optimization - Experience integrating applications using REST APIs, preferably Nuix’s API ecosystem.
- Familiarity with identity and authentication management, including: SAML, OpenID Connect, Okta / Entra
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills across application, infrastructure, and workflow domains.
- Working knowledge of AWS services and Azure cloud services
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Cloud Formation, or similar)
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops practices
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to learn new solutions and products at pace with curiosity
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Customer-focused mindset with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Experience working in a consultative or customer-facing technical role
- Technical expertise in eDiscovery, preferably with Nuix
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
- Familiarity with Nuix products such as Nuix Workstation, Automate etc.
