Are you a clinical informatics professional who’s passionate about optimizing EHR systems and supporting providers and staff? We’re seeking a full-time, temporary Clinical Informatics Analyst to join our team and help drive the effective use, enhancement, and daily support of our Electronic Health Record system.

What You’ll Do

  • Review, analyze, and improve the performance and efficiency of existing EHR systems
  • Partner with leadership and end users to define business needs and resolve system issues
  • Support clinical application enhancements, interfaces, data migration, and reporting
  • Create and maintain EHR forms, templates, and workflows
  • Train new and existing clinical and non-clinical staff on system use and new features
  • Provide consultant-level support and ongoing coaching
  • Assist with new module and application implementations
  • Collect user feedback and recommend process improvements
  • Prioritize and manage application enhancements, fixes, and updates
  • Troubleshoot software and application issues, coordinating with vendors as needed
  • Document issues, test solutions, and prevent recurring problems
  • Support report creation, policy development, and KPI reporting
  • Participate in testing and quality reviews of new and existing software
  • Assist with additional IT projects as required

What You Bring

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with eClinical

    Works (eCW)
  • Proven experience in training, customer service, and end-user support
  • Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and clinical applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and follow tasks through to completion
