We are seeking an experienced Cloud Architect to lead the cloud design and delivery of a hybrid cloud solution leveraging VMware infrastructure and public cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP). This role is critical in enabling a scalable, secure, and high-performance landscape that integrates on-premises systems with cloud-native services.

• Lead the design of the hybrid cloud architecture for SAP, integrating VMware-based on-prem infrastructure with public cloud platforms. Define technical standards, deployment models, and scalability strategies. (30%)
• Oversee the deployment and configuration of the infrastructure needed for the SAP systems and ensure that it meets performance needs. (25%)
• Design and implement secure, high-performance connectivity between on-premises VMware environments and cloud services, addressing networking, identity, and data flow requirements. (20%)
• Ensure the architecture adheres to enterprise security policies and regulatory standards. Implement controls for access, encryption, monitoring, and compliance reporting. (15%)
• Work with architects, SAP teams, infrastructure engineers, and business stakeholders. Document architecture decisions, integration patterns, and operational procedures. (10%)

• Cloud Architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP) – 5–7 years of experience.
• VMware Technologies (vSphere, NSX, vSAN) – 4–6 years of experience.
• Hybrid Cloud Integration – 4–6 years of experience.
• Security & Compliance in Hybrid Environments – 4–6 years of experience.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC) & Automation (Terraform, Ansible, Power
  
  CLI) – 3–5 years of experience.
• Enterprise Architecture Frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) – 3–5 years of experience.

• Minimum of 10 years of Engineering and Architecture Experience.
• Expertise in cloud infrastructure, VMware technologies such as vSphere, NSX, vSAN.
• Strong knowledge of hybrid cloud networking, security best practices, and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience with infrastructure as code, automation, and integration with monitoring, security, and identity management systems.
