- Experience with design and delivery of telecommunications fiber, space/power, capacity infrastructure or data center construction.
- Ability to be an influential member of a highly integrated team composed of both technical and non‑technical members.

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi‑disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross‑functional partners across the company.
In this role you will plan Google’s Wide Area Network (WAN) Core and Campus networks to meet Product Area and Cloud growth and demand. You will work with partner teams to translate PA demand into a published Plan of Record for L3 to L1 capacity mapping suitable for network delivery execution.

Salary and CompensationUS base salary range for this full‑time position is $113,000–$161,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.
Responsibilities- Lead projects related to the development and publication of topology, capacity, and infrastructure Plans of Record, ensuring alignment with the Network Supply Plan weekly/monthly release cycles for stockout, reliability, geo‑expansion, and signal queues.
- Support Network Supply Plan publications, ensuring consistent handling of topology changes within the new weekly and monthly approval processes, including regional reviews and Change Control Board meetings.
- Establish, contribute to, and track key business metrics focused on the efficiency and throughput of the new planning queues, such as processing time and SLA adherence.
- Contribute to setting expectations and drive priority analysis, aligning with Network Supply Plan objectives to streamline and improve the network planning process.
- Provide technical expertise in network planning functions and contribute to programs aimed at efficiency, accuracy, and automation, with a focus on the tools and processes.
