We are seeking an experienced Systems Administrator with a minimum of 7 years of hands‑on experience.

• Maintain Dev/Test/UAT environments including patching
• Maintain GFE inventory
• Develop & enhance cloud services, common protocols, hardware interfaces as needed
• Integrate with other FAA and non‑FAA systems
• Perform tech upgrades
• Ensure availability and performance meet requirements
• Document Systems SOP for SA work
• Code migration (deployment) through various environments from DEV to PROD
• Complete and accurate accounting of all infrastructure resources
• Plan for future needs
• Develop Infrastructure management report monthly
• Develop future needs and capacities over next 5 years
• Cloud Infrastructure Management (AWS)
• Design, deploy, and manage AWS cloud infrastructure across Dev, Test, UAT, and Prod environments
• Implement and maintain AWS services such as EC2, RDS, S3, IAM, VPC, Cloud Watch, Lambda, and related services
• Ensure proper configuration, patching, scaling, and monitoring of cloud‑based systems
• Support hybrid environment operations during transition from on‑prem/Windows to AWS

• Maintain Windows‑based servers and GFE inventory during migration period
• Perform OS patching, system monitoring, and troubleshooting for legacy environments
• Assist with Active Directory, Group Policy, and authentication integrations into AWS cloud services

• Plan and execute migration of applications and workloads from on‑prem/Windows servers to AWS
• Work with Dev Ops and development teams to support CI/CD pipelines and code deployments across environments (DEV → TEST → UAT → PROD)
• Integrate AWS systems with FAA and non‑FAA external systems using secure protocols and APIs

• Develop and maintain System Administration SOPs for AWS and Windows environments
• Monitor system availability, performance, and compliance with requirements
• Ensure accurate accounting of all cloud and on‑prem infrastructure resources
• Conduct technical upgrades and implement best practices in cloud security and cost optimization

• Produce monthly infrastructure management reports (including utilization, costs, performance, incidents)
• Develop long‑term capacity planning and cloud roadmap for the next 5 years, in coordination with enterprise architecture

• System Administration SOPs (covering AWS cloud and legacy Windows environments)
• Monthly Infrastructure Management Report (utilization, performance, cost, compliance)
• Migration Plans & Documentation for transition from on‑prem to AWS
• 5‑Year Cloud Infrastructure Roadmap (capacity, performance, and cost projections)
• Systems SOP
• Infrastructure management report
