We're looking for a talented Scrum Master to play a key role in leading agile development, managing sprint-based activity spirals, and ensuring timely deliverables.

As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for providing task management, coordinating team efforts, and contributing to project objectives.

Responsibilities include:

* Produce task execution and provide expertise to mid- and senior-level personnel on assigned projects

* Provide task management, coordinate team efforts, and contribute to project objectives

* Lead agile development, conduct sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives

* Manage sprint-based activity spirals, organized by SCRUM principles, to ensure timely deliverables Required Education, Experience, & Skills
* Bachelor's degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education

* Intelligence Community and SW development experience required

* 8 years of experience as a Scrum Master with SW development experience, with a portion of the experience within the last 2 years Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
* A Master's degree desired.
* Developing applications to support Intelligence Analysis, epecially OSINT, a plus.

Full-Time Salary Range: $115779 - $196825

This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
