We are seeking a proactive Project Manager to join our Cybersecurity team. As a Project Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing two project initiatives that enhance the protection of our clients’ infrastructure and data. You will coordinate cross‑functional efforts, ensuring effective collaboration among key stakeholders. Your leadership will ensure the projects are delivered on time, aligned with objectives, and positioned to proactively address risks.

Must have an active TS/SCI Eligible security clearance. US citizenship is required.

• Ability to manage parallel project plans, timelines, and deliverables across two separate customers.
• Proficiency building strong working relationships with government customers, engineering teams, contractors, and leadership.
• Skilled in setting and managing expectations, escalating issues appropriately, and ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction.
• Skilled in translating technical requirements into actionable project tasks.
• Ability to create, maintain, and optimize project schedules that account for shared or constrained resources across two efforts.
• Experience forecasting resource gaps and adjusting plans proactively.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, risks, and scope on projects of moderate complexity.

• Advanced PM Expertise:
  Proven experience delivering complex, multi‑customer projects in high‑security environments, consistently meeting mission objectives and contractual requirements.
• Technical Proficiency in PM Tooling:
  Ability to use tools like Jira, MS Project, Confluence, SharePoint, Power BI, etc.
• Exceptional Communication & Stakeholder Management:
  Demonstrated ability to build trust, manage expectations, and facilitate alignment across customer, technical, and leadership groups.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP, or CSM certifications are preferred.
• 3-7 years of project management experience, preferably in IT, cybersecurity, defense, or government programs.
• Training in Agile, Scrum, or ITIL.
• Active TS/SCI Eligible Clearance.
