Salesforce Project Manager

Plateau Software Inc Position Overview:

Plateau GRP is seeking a Salesforce Project Manager to lead the sustainment and enhancement of a next generation Salesforce CRM platform supporting U.S. Air Force recruiting operations. This role involves managing all phases of the project lifecycle, collaborating with stakeholders, and leveraging Salesforce tools and best practices to ensure successful delivery and adoption.

• Lead all phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation to deployment and support, using Salesforce implementation best practices.
• Assist the government in managing project cost, schedule, and risk, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery aligned with Salesforce release cycles.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions using Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, and drive user adoption.
• Mitigate risks and resolve issues, including those related to Salesforce configuration and integration.
• Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders, including government PMO leads, using Salesforce tools for reporting and project tracking.
• Possess deep knowledge of the Salesforce platform and relevant certifications (Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant).
• Manage all Salesforce licenses and costs, tracking license types, quantities, and future requirements.

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce project management.
• Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, and Service Cloud Consultant certifications.
• Strong leadership and project management skills, with experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Expertise in Salesforce implementation best practices, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

5+ years of experience in Salesforce project leadership roles.
