, with required travel.

Bcore seeks a Data Consortium Manager for a defense-focused data consortium. The team member will drive collaboration between the sponsor, analysts, and vendors; and manage/lead all aspects relevant to program performance. Greater than 25% of time traveling locally (DC, No

VA), with frequent non-local CONUS and OCONUS travel.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience managing (lead or deputy) an IC or DoD data consortium as it pertains to staffing, task assignment, schedule, financials, risk mitigation, etc.
• At least 5 years of experience as an analyst or similar role within the IC or DoD
• Demonstrated understanding of the TCPED process
• Demonstrated understanding of OSINT and commercial data
• Demonstrated experience driving cross organizational results
• TS/SCI eligible

• Experience evaluating and acquiring data
• Experience managing OTAs
