• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand defined work problems and program goals, obtain prioritized deliverables, and discuss program impact.
• Prioritize program goals, translate stakeholders’ needs into prioritized deliverables, and contribute to decisions on prioritization.
• Define the scope of projects and develop, execute, or manage project plans for supported programs.
• Review key metrics, monitor deviations, and define corrective actions for critical deviations.
• Identify, communicate, and collaborate with relevant stakeholders within one or more teams to drive impact and align toward mutual goals.

• Bachelor s degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in program management.
• Experience with network infrastructure acquisition (e.g., dark fiber, transport systems, or data centers).

• 2 years of experience managing cross-functional and cross-team projects.
• Experience with network planning and engineering, including long-haul and metro networks, and availability and resiliency analysis.
• Experience working in a network vendor or telecommunications carrier environment.
• Knowledge of networking, optical technologies, and outside plant or layer one network design.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $132,000-$189,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
