BTS is looking for a talented Librarian Jr - Sr (OSINT Analyst-Librarian) to play a key role in supporting oversight and management of library operations, cataloging, reference support, digital resource management, archival services, user education, and collection development. As a Librarian, you will be responsible for providing high-quality research services, managing library staff, and ensuring effective library operations.

Clearance Level - Must Currently Possess: Top Secret/SCI

• Perform cataloging, metadata entry and management, reference services and expertise, digital resource organization and management, archival work and collection maintenance, and user training and experience
• Provide for collection development and Government research needs
• Support oversight and management of library operations, cataloging, reference support, digital resource management, archival services, user education, and collection development
• Manage library staff and ensure high-quality research services

• (Mid-level) Bachelor’s degree in an area related to the labor category (i.e., Library Science, Library & Information Science, or related degrees) from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education
• 8 years of experience conducting Librarian support, with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years
• (Sr-level) 12 yrs+, with Supervisory experience, Library Cert desired

• Intelligence Community experience preferred.

Salary Range: $68,000 - $107,000
