Digital Marketing Manager

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading digital marketing initiatives, managing client relationships, and driving successful campaign execution across multiple channels. You will act as a strategic partner for clients, ensuring their business objectives are met through data-driven and performance-focused digital marketing solutions.

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring a clear understanding of their business goals and marketing objectives
• Plan, execute, and oversee digital marketing campaigns across SEM, SEO, and SMM channels
• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of projects, meeting or exceeding client expectations
• Collaborate with the web development team to align marketing initiatives with website and online strategies
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance guidance to the digital marketing team
• Promote a collaborative work culture focused on continuous learning and improvement
• Develop and present strategic proposals, reports, and performance insights to clients
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies

• 6–10 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with expertise in SEM, SEO, and SMM
• Prior experience in a client-facing or Customer Success Manager role
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, tools, and best practices
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate teams
• Strong project management and coordination abilities
• Familiarity with industry-standard digital marketing platforms and analytics tools
