We are looking for an experienced Oracle Functional Support Analyst to support Oracle Cloud Core HR & Compensation modules during implementation and post go-live phases. This role involves configuration support, data conversion, interface strategies, testing, production support, and collaboration with HR Shared Services to drive system efficiency and user satisfaction.

• Provide functional support and configuration expertise for Oracle Cloud Core HR & Compensation
• Support data conversion, validation, and interface/sync strategies
• Participate in all testing phases, including quarterly release testing
• Provide post go-live production support and knowledge transfer
• Partner with HR Shared Services to resolve issues and improve processes
• Deliver best-practice recommendations for system design and configuration

• Strong experience with Oracle Cloud Core HR & Compensation
• Multiple Oracle Cloud implementations (minimum 3 full life cycles preferred)
• Experience in testing, issue resolution, and release management
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

• Experience with other Oracle Cloud modules
• HR, Compensation, Payroll, Recruiting, or Performance Management exposure
