Job DescriptionThe Provisioning Specialist will be responsible for managing the full implementation lifecycle of network services, including fiber and ethernet circuits, from quote through activation. This role requires strong project management, vendor coordination, and customer-facing communication skills to ensure seamless delivery of telecom and IT services.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and oversee the provisioning and delivery of network services.
- Manage vendor relationships, including quotes, reporting, and activation coordination.
- Serve as a point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle, providing updates and support.
- Schedule site surveys, access, and other required activities to maintain delivery schedules.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting on service status and timelines.
- Support internal teams by preparing contracts, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure efficient project completion and customer satisfaction.
- 2–3 years of project management experience (5+ years preferred).
- Experience with in telecommunications, network services, or technical project management is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and Adobe applications.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
