Compensation: $80/HR

OverviewThe Agile Coach is a strategic change agent driving enterprise‑wide Lean‑Agile transformation and continuous improvement. The role partners across all levels—including teams, stakeholders, and senior leaders—to advance Agile maturity, enable cultural change, and enhance business value delivery.
Essential Functions- Lead and champion enterprise Lean‑Agile adoption and ongoing improvement.
- Partner with leadership to refine the Agile vision and transformation roadmap.
- Develop, implement, and enhance Lean‑Agile metrics and training materials.
- Identify value‑flow constraints and remove enterprise‑level blockers.
- Coach teams and programs on Lean‑Agile frameworks (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
- Strengthen Agile mindset, practices, ceremonies, and role effectiveness.
- Improve predictability, quality, transparency, and flow.
- Build high‑performing, self‑managing teams through psychological safety and empowerment.
- Support Value Stream identification, ART launch preparation, ART coaching, and continuous improvement.
- Apply Agile/Product mindset to developing and sustaining Platform teams.
- Design and deliver workshops and training for Agile roles and teams.
- Cover release planning, backlog refinement, story writing, Agile ceremonies, and technical practices.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices to enhance enterprise agility.
QualificationsEducation & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field (or 4 additional years of experience in lieu of degree).
- 10+ years using Lean and Agile methodologies.
- Proven success leading large‑scale Agile transformations.
- Preferred: 5+ years coaching and training teams in SAFe enablement and transformation.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Expert knowledge of Lean/Agile principles and methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, XP, Dev Ops).
- Advanced understanding of Product Management, Dev Ops, Test Automation, Infrastructure, Info Sec, and Architecture.
- Advanced proficiency with Agile tools and Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Self‑starter with strong prioritization and the ability to meet multiple deadlines.
- Expert ability to drive change at all levels and manage conflict effectively.
