Consultants must attend 2 weeks onsite training.

Candidates should be aware that public trust clearances may take time once selection occurs.

3+ years Dev Ops/Dev Sec Ops  engineering experience.

Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using AWS Code Pipeline and Code Build; implement infrastructure-as-code using AWS CDK/Cloud Formation; integrate SAST/DAST/SCA and policy-as-code into pipelines; automate compliance evidence for FedRAMP/NIST controls; support environment provisioning and deployment automation including blue/green and canary; embed AI-assisted tooling for scanning, testing and pipeline authoring; monitor pipeline health and improve delivery metrics.

3+ years Dev Ops/Dev Sec Ops  engineering experience; hands-on AWS and infrastructure-as-code using CDK/Cloud Formation; experience with CI/CD tooling and security automation; scripting experience with Python, Bash or similar; strong communication/presentation skills; ability to prioritize and self-start; adaptability/flexibility; ability to work independently and collaboratively; U.S. Citizen; ability to satisfy required background/clearance requirements.

• AWS certification (Dev Ops or Security)
• FedRAMP/NIST experience
• familiarity with AI-assisted Dev Sec Ops  tooling
