We’re targeting candidates located anywhere in the greater DMV area, from western Fairfax County (Reston/Chantilly) through Washington, D.C., and into nearby Maryland (e.g., College Park), who can easily support customer engagements throughout the region.

Science Logic is looking for a TS/SCI Cleared Professional Services Consultant to serve as the primary technical interface and onsite subject matter expert to customers for the Science Logic product line. What you’ll be doing…

• Serve as the primary onsite technical consultant and trusted advisor for a Science Logic Public Sector customer.

• Lead hands‑on installation, configuration, integration, and troubleshooting of Science Logic solutions.

• Partner with customer technical and management teams to provide technical guidance, problem resolution, and implementation support.

• Act as the voice of the customer internally, advocating for issue resolution, product enhancements, and future needs.

• Maintain accurate project, customer communication, and technical documentation in ticketing and knowledge management systems.

• Support customer security, ATO, audit, and change‑management processes while following Professional Services best practices.

Qualities you possess…

• 10+ years supporting Federal customers

• Active TS/SCI clearance with ability to successfully complete a CI Poly

• 7+ years with enterprise infrastructure monitoring, network management, or application performance platforms

• 5+ years of hands‑on Linux administration/support experience

• Strong enterprise infrastructure knowledge across Linux/Unix and Windows environments

• Experience implementing and troubleshooting enterprise monitoring/network management solutions

• Hands‑on experience with SNMP, MIBs, traps and Syslog

• Experience with MySQL and scripting/automation (Power Shell, Python, Bash or similar)

• Strong customer‑facing, troubleshooting, communication and consultative skills

• Ability to work independently, lead customer engagements and manage competing priorities

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field

Preferred

• Experience with Science Logic/EM7, Solar Winds, Net Cool/Tivoli, Nagios, HP Open View or similar EMS/NMS platforms

• Experience with REST/integrations, WMI, XML/SOAP and Linux scripting

• Service Now, Pager Duty or other ITSM integration experience

• PHP and/or Python experience
