Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • Advanced knowledge and work experience in Product Management, Accounting, and Sim Corp.
  • Skilled in presenting information and ideas to an audience in an engaging and understandable manner.
  • Adept at managing project plans, resources, and teams to ensure successful project completion.
  • Leadership capabilities, including leading teams, providing feedback, facilitating meetings, coaching, and mentoring.
  • Proficient in graphical representation of information using tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Skills related to programming, including coding, debugging, and using relevant programming languages.
  • Relationship management skills, including stakeholder engagement, vendor management, and contracting.
  • Experience in organizational change management to meet strategic objectives.
  • Influencing skills such as negotiation, persuasion, facilitating meetings, and conflict resolution.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, including copywriting and communication planning.
  • Experience analyzing data to identify trends and inform conclusions.
  • Proficiency in documentation and database reporting tools such as Excel and SSRS.
  • Product management skills, including managing demand, releases, and backlog.
  • Ability to conceptualize ideas as systems, analyzing inputs, outputs, and processes.
