We'relooking for a Site Reliability Engineer to own cloud infrastructure, system reliability, and observability for the Freewheel Buyer Cloudand  Revenue Science teams.

Freewheel Buyer Cloud (formerly Beeswax) is a massive-scale,highly available, user-friendly programmatic demand-side bidding platform. Revenue Science builds the company's machine learning and AI solutions. Together, these teams run thousands of applications, servers, and containers across multiple regions worldwide — built on AWS and Kubernetes and managed entirely through Infrastructure-as-Code.

• Design and build infrastructure and tooling toprovidehighscalability, reliability, andsub-second performance levels using industry best practices.
• Writing code and scripts to support Infrastructure as code (IaC), configuration management, and automated incident resolution.
• Support and extend theobservabilitystackto capture andalertonany system issues.
• Participate inon-call rotations and be anescalationcontact for service incidents.
• Writing systems documentation, troubleshooting playbooks,and otherinstructionmanuals.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science,computer engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in designing, analyzing, and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems
• Professional experience administrating
  
  Linux,cloud, and containers.
• Professional experience coding in higher-level languages, such as Python, Java, or C++
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal / written communication skills

• Certified AWS Solutions Architect Associateor Developer  Associate
• Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)

Virginia Pay Range: $92,524.07 - $This job can be performed in Illinois with a Pay Range of $84,478.50 - $Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.
