We are with a highly regarded regional law firm and they are expanding its litigation team and seeking a courtroom-savvy attorney to join their family law practice. This role is ideal for someone who loves trial work and wants to make a meaningful impact in the lives of families.

• Represent clients in all stages of litigation, from initial filing to final orders
• Prepare for and attend hearings, depositions, and trials
• Conduct legal research and draft motions, discovery, and legal memoranda
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive positive case outcomes
• Deliver compassionate, strategic counsel to clients under pressure

• Licensed to practice law in Virginia
• Minimum 3 years of family law or civil litigation experience
• Strong litigation, negotiation, and courtroom skills
• Organized, driven, and able to manage multiple active cases
• Comfortable working with high-emotion client matters
