Immigration Law Firm, with presence in Orlando, FL, South Carolina and Northern Virginia, is looking for a charismatic, experienced, outgoing and detailed orientated Immigration Attorney for our Reston office. The ideal candidate will have a passion to help others and be compassionate and sensible to our client’s needs. Ideally will have at least 1 year of demonstrable experience as an Immigration Attorney.
Bilingual (English-Spanish) is a Plus. If you have the desire to grow your career and are looking for a long-term position with excellent growth potential, we would love to hear from You!
Job Duties:
- Attend Master Hearings as well as Individual Hearings, either virtually or in person
- Conduct consultations with potential clients and retain them.
- Attend Hearings via Webex for our other offices
- Prepare and submit, Motions, briefs, etc. to Immigration Court
- Must be able to multitask and adjust work to a high pace environment
