Job Summary:

The Construction Indirects Manager supervises and directs indirect construction support activities for an assigned area or facility on a large, complex Manufacturing & Technology project. This role manages subordinate supervision, craft, subcontractors, and service providers to deliver site logistics, temporary facilities, construction utilities, tools, equipment, materials support, housekeeping, waste management, and related services safely, efficiently, and in alignment with project cost, schedule, quality, and procedural requirements.

# Major Responsibilities:

+ Supervise assigned indirects scope, including site logistics, temporary facilities, construction utilities, tools, equipment, materials support, housekeeping, waste management, and general site services.

+ Lead subordinate supervision, craft, subcontractors, and service providers to execute work safely, efficiently, and in alignment with project plans, procedures, budgets, and schedules.

+ Develop and manage workforce, equipment, material, and service plans; resource forecasts; field material requisitions; work packages; and daily execution priorities.

+ Review subcontractor methods, schedules, resource plans, and performance to confirm compliance with scope, specifications, cost, schedule, ES&H, and quality requirements.
