Communicate job updates, incidents, or management concerns promptly.
Attend or lead short team meetings when required.
Provide daily reports or shift updates as requested.
Client & Site ManagementMaintain positive relationships with clients or site contacts.
Address customer concerns professionally and promptly.
Support site walkthroughs with clients or managers.
Problem‑Solving & ImprovementResolve day-to-day operational issues smoothly.
Work/cover any shift or job as necessary.
Suggest improvements to cleaning processes or workflows.
Support management in implementing new procedures.
The supervisor must use email and phone for work tasks.
Supervisor must have their own car.
Supervisor must speak and write English at a Medium/advanced level.
