The Program Manager is responsible for the overall management, execution, and growth of complex programs operating under an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle. This position serves as both theIDIQContract Manage rand Task Order Program Manager, providing leadership across multiple task orders while ensuring successful delivery of technical, schedule, cost, and contractual objectives. The Program Manager oversees program planning, staffing, risk management, subcontractor performance, and customer engagement activities to support mission success.

The role is accountable for maintaining compliance with contractual requirements, quality standards, and organizational policies across all assigned efforts. Additionally, the Program Manager supports business development initiatives through proposal development, task order capture activities, and strategic growth planning.

This is a contingent position based upon contract award.

• Serve as the Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract Manager responsible for overall contract administration, customer engagement, and contract performance.
• Serve as theTask Order Program Manager for assigned task orders, overseeing execution of technical, cost, schedule, staffing, and quality requirements.
• Lead program execution activities and ensure successful delivery of all contractual requirements across multiple task orders.
