ResponsibilitiesThe Deputy Program Manager (PM) shall act as the manager and administrator for the day‑to‑day operations on the contracted effort, directing cross‑competency teams including contractors at multiple locations, and serving as the primary interface and point of contact with Government program managers (GPMS) on technical and project issues. The DPM shall manage acquisition and employment of project resources.
Qualifications Required Qualifications- TS/SCI with CI Polygraph clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or other related technical field or Bachelor’s degree in a business or management‑related field accompanied by experience managing complex engineering TOs.
- Three to five years of experience managing complex projects of similar scope and complexity to Section C requirements and an active certification in one of the following.
- Active Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP).
- Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level III Program Management certification.
- Federal Acquisition Certification for Program and Project Managers (FAC P/PM) Level 3.
- Master’s degree in engineering, computer science, or other related technical field.
- 6‑8 years of experience in an IC environment performing in a related subject area (engineering, computer science, etc.) to that of the TOR.
- 3‑5 years of experience working as a contractor Project Manager supporting Government requirements similar to the TOR.
- Six years of experience leading a team utilizing Agile Software Development methodologies to successfully integrate Mission Command and Processing, Exploitation and Dissemination web services that have been certified.

Day shift Monday – Friday (may be requested to work evenings and weekends to meet program and contract needs) - Amount of Travel: 30% within WMA
Regularly required to use hands to handle, feel, touch; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Regularly required to stand; walk; sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Regularly required to lift up to 10 pounds, frequently lift up to 25 pounds and up to 50 pounds. Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
