We invite you to join Reston Hospital Center as a Registered Nurse in our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). The RN coordinates and delivers high‑quality, patient‑centered care in accordance with the specific requirements of the department and the scope and standards of nursing practice for the relevant state and specialty.
In collaboration with medical providers and other members of the care team, the RN provides individualized, comprehensive, and compassionate care using established nursing models such as “Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage.” The RN serves as an advocate for patients, families, and caregivers and models a commitment to the organization’s vision, mission, and values, supporting an unparalleled patient experience and clinical outcomes that contribute to overall departmental performance.
Qualifications- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
- Registered Nurse (RN) credential.
- Associate Degree in Nursing.
- Night shift position.
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of NICU experience or 1 year of Adult ICU experience.
- Comprehensive medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, behavioral health, and telemedicine services.
