Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is looking for a Director of Nursing / Branch Director to oversee operations of our home health agency in Reston, VA, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and compliance with Medicare regulations. The role provides leadership, guidance, and support to clinical and non‑clinical staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is a visionary leader with strong clinical expertise, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for home health care.

As Branch Director, you will supervise the clinical operations of your team of field staff and report directly to the Agency Administrator. The role requires organization, detail orientation, and effective communication skills (oral and written). You will understand issues related to home health delivery, problem solve, review OASIS and Medicare guidelines, and evaluate plans of care daily.

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of employment.
• Graduate of an approved nursing school.
• Minimum one‑year nursing experience within the last 36 months.
• Medicare home health experience strongly preferred.
• Previous management or supervisory experience preferred.
