Join our team for a 13-week travel contract in the cardiovascular ICU at Reston Hospital, located in the vibrant city of Reston, VA. This role is tailored for experienced cardiac recovery specialists who thrive on managing complex post-surgical patients. You’ll work 12-hour days, focusing on immediate post-operative care, with patient ratios of 1:1 for fresh cardiac surgery patients and 1:2 for POD 1-3.
Be prepared to utilize your advanced skills in ACLS, balloon pump management, Impella, and advanced hemodynamic systems like Hemosphere or Acumen. If you’re ready to make a difference in a fast-paced, technologically equipped environment with a new cardiac surgery program, this is your chance to shine.
