Lead Cashier, Retail

In this position, you’ll ensure the Front End operates smoothly and employees have the tools and resources needed to provide excellent customer service as customers exit the store. If you have an outgoing personality and leadership skills, this could be the role for you!

This role involves light to medium physical activity, including repetitive hand and arm movements, lifting (up to 50 pounds occasionally), standing, walking, bending, and reaching. The work environment is indoors with exposure to seasonal outdoor temperatures. You may be asked to work at a cash register or assist with heavy items, with support available if needed. The environment includes interaction with customers and coworkers in a fast-paced setting, with exposure to potential allergens.

• Experience in customer service, preferably in food service, restaurant, grocery, or retail.
• Experience with Service Desk operations.
