Customer Service Rep, Retail Associate/ Customer Service

- Provide incredible service to customers and engage collaboratively with employees
- Manage lottery machines, issue gift cards, sell stamps and maintain the bottle return room where applicable
- Administer Shopper’s Club program, check out customers as necessary, perform refunds and exchanges
- Adhere to and uphold company policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Quickly identify and provide solutions or resources to assist customers
- Manage employee performance and development by providing resources, training, feedback
- 1 or more years of work experience
- Computer skills
- Experience leading a team
- Passion and expertise in relevant products
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new situations

Experience working as a cashier and operating a cash register;
Managerial/supervisory experience living our values and achieving results in our 5 measures;
Customer Service experience, preferably in a food service industry, grocery or retail setting;
Work Environment:
The physical demands of this work are classified as light to medium. Work includes repetitive hand and arm movement, walking, standing for up to 4 hours without a break, occasional bending, frequent reaching, along with continuous interaction with customers and coworkers in a fast-paced environment. May be asked to work at cash register station (see Cashier).The average weight range of items lifted is 3 – 8 pounds with a maximum weight lifted of 40 pounds occasionally.
Upper extremity repetition is moderate and trunk movement involves moderate twisting, bending, and pivoting. May be exposed to various allergens (things that may cause an allergic reaction).The work environment is indoors. Basic tools and equipment used include cash register, lottery machine, telephone, and bottle return machine.;
Service Desk experience;
Experience coordinating daily work of others;
Experience working in a bank or accounting firm;
Experience handling large sums of cash or other tender
