What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Lead collaboration across cross-functional teams to align sales enablement requests with business goals and strategies
  • Curate and create advanced sales enablement content focused on complex solutions and market trends
  • Define and maintain a library of best practices and procedures for sales enablement content
  • Implement content governance standards and conduct content audits
  • Develop metrics to assess the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 6-8 years of experience in sales, sales support, sales enablement, or a similar role
  • Proficiency in using sales enablement platforms such as Smartsheet, SharePoint, Microsoft Copilot, or Articulate Rise
  • Strong project management skills across diverse teams
  • Effective communication skills to foster trust and accountability
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Deep understanding of adult learning and instructional design principles
  • Experience with AI capabilities to enhance sales enablement processes
  • Proven track record in collaborative stakeholder management
