• Conduct strategic neighborhood canvassing with experienced team members
• Perform professional roof inspections using cutting-edge technology
• Guide homeowners through our streamlined insurance claims process
• Convert qualified leads into satisfied customers

• Master our proven sales system through comprehensive initial and ongoing training
• Secure new client agreements monthly with the support of experienced mentors
• Maintain 99% accuracy in our user-friendly CRM system
• Provide exceptional customer service with 24-hour response times

• Structured 90-day ramp-up program with clear milestones
• Performance-based compensation with earning potential of $65,000-$95,000+ in year one
