We are working with a well-established enterprise technology company in the Reston, VA area that is looking to add a Customer Success Manager with a strong Account Management + Business Development background to their growing team. This is a high-impact, revenue-driving role that blends account expansion and new business development within a complex enterprise sales environment. What you'll be doing:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of 20–50 enterprise accounts (including Fortune 500 companies)
• Drive expansion within existing accounts while also identifying new opportunities
• Own the full sales cycle from inbound lead to close (3–9 month cycles)
• Engage regularly with Director-level and above stakeholders
• Occasionally prospect through outreach and industry events ~25% domestic travel

What they're looking for:

• 3+ years of experience selling to enterprise decision makers or in IT/technology sales (hardware experience a plus)
• Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in B2B environments
• Familiarity with storage infrastructure or adjacent solutions (security, networking, backup)
• A self-starter mindset with strong ownership and drive
• Strong executive presence and communication skills
