Job Description

Garda World Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Officer. The role focuses on customer service, working with visitors in office towers, hotels, shopping centers, and other environments.

• Set schedule:
  Open availability for weekdays and weekends. Must be available to work mornings, evenings, and overnights. Days off may vary and weekends are required. This is a flex schedule; full‑time hours are not guaranteed.
• Competitive hourly wage of $22.07 / Hr.

• Welcome, verify identity, and guide visitors.
• Manage access control.
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Proficient in basic phone and computer skills.
• Security, military, or law‑enforcement experience preferred.
• State license if required.
• DCJS Virginia security license.
• At least 21 years of age or older as required by law.
