Position Title:
Senior Security Specialist

Technologies is actively seeking a Senior Security Specialist to provide physical and personnel security services to the Science and Technology Directorate's Office of Space and Counter space (SCS). Serve as a Senior Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) and provide support to the Government Program Security Officer (PSO). As the CPSO, she/he will provide support for program security and execution of all security policies and requirements for specified SAP programs, compartments, sub-compartments, and projects.
- Review, draft, and maintain physical security and facility-related documentation.
- Conduct inspections of physical facilities, including TSCM compliance checks.
- Develop and update SOPs and other facility-related documents.
- Train personnel on access control lists and associated procedures.
- Train personnel in courier and secure transport procedures.
- Perform physical and personnel security duties in support of SSO/SSR responsibilities.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with government personnel security databases (e.g., DISS).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience training on and working with Special Access Programs (SAPs).
- Experience supporting SCIF accreditations and inspections.
- Experience serving as an SSO or SSR in government or contractor roles.
- Experience working with the Department of Defense (DoD) or the Intelligence Community.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
