Job Schedule:- Mon: 08:30 AM - 04:30 PM
- Tue: 08:30 AM - 04:30 PM
- Wed: 08:30 AM - 04:30 PM
- Thur: 08:30 AM - 04:30 PM
- Fri: 08:30 AM - 04:30 PM
- Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, access-control protocols, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, controlled-access areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity.
- Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and visitor authorization, and document observations, incidents, and irregular conditions.
- Support a professional environment at an aerospace and defense location by communicating clearly with site personnel, visitors, and responding agencies as needed.
- Possess 1+ years of law enforcement experience OR 2+ years of Security Supervisor/Manager experience OR 3+ years of security-related experience.
- Possess an Armed Guard Card/License.
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- CPR/First Aid is preferred.
- A Guard Card/License is preferred.
- Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
