We’re hiring:
Ground / Soft Washing Technician (Northern Virginia | 20–40 hrs/week | Hourly in 2026)
Skywash Innovations is building a modern exterior cleaning operation combining proven ground-based methods with UAS (drone) washing. We’re looking for a safety-first, mechanically inclined technician who takes pride in clean results and tight jobsite execution.
What you’ll do- Run ground-based soft washing for commercial and residential projects
- Set up and operate pumps, pressure manifolds, hoses, tanks, filtration systems (sediment/carbon/DI/RO), and chemical mixes
- Establish restricted zones and maintain jobsite safety as the #1 priority
- Monitor flow/water quality, prevent leaks, and troubleshoot/repair equipment on-site
- Support the Pilot-in-Command during drone operations as needed
- 3+ years soft washing / pressure washing experience
- Clean driver’s license; authorized to work in the U.S.; able to pass a drug test
- Comfort with plumbing-style setups, small engines, pumps, and field troubleshooting
- Dependable teammate who can work a flexible schedule (including occasional weekends)
