Seeking a Staff Backend Engineer to join our technology team with responsibility for all things related to our AI‑Powered Mobile Cloud Platform. This position works closely with other Core R&D engineers, architects and the systems engineering teams to constantly innovate and improve the core Movius platform. This position will require experience using the following tech stacks:
Golang;
Python; and NodeJS.

• Develop and implement backend solutions that meet the organization’s needs.
• Design, build, and maintain backend services using Golang, Python, or Node.js.
• Deliver clean, performant, secure, reliable, and efficient code aligned with microservices architecture.
• Provide technical leadership: mentor engineers, troubleshoot critical issues, and guide best practices.
• Own end‑to‑end development, from design through deployment using modern CI/CD pipelines.
• Communicate clearly with distributed teams and senior leadership.
• Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that backend solutions align with the organization’s goals and objectives.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support the implementation of various solutions.
