Litigation Associate Computer Hardware amp Software

Overview

Finnegan’s Electrical and Computer Technology litigation and Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) teams are looking for mid-level to senior litigation associates with experience in computer hardware and software in our Reston Office.

• 4-6 years of solid experience in patent litigation and inter partes review (IPR) proceedings before the PTAB.
• At least 4 years of solid litigation experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related degree.
• Exceptional writing skills are a must.
• USPTO registration number preferred.

The base annual pay range for this role is between $310,000 - $390,000. The base pay offered will vary and depend on skills and qualifications, experience, location and will also take into account internal equity. A full range of medical, financial and/or other benefits dependent on the position will also be offered.
