This individual will play a pivotal role in developing innovative and effective solutions for our DoD customers within the IC sector.

Role Overview The Fullstack Web Developer - Backend Specialization will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying end-to-end solutions in a fast-paced, Agile environment. This role emphasizes collaboration, learning new technologies, and contributing to architectural improvements to deliver solutions that align with mission goals. Primary Duties
* Develop backend software solutions using modern frameworks and technologies.
* Design and implement APIs, including REST architectures.
* Write efficient SQL queries and maintain databases.
* Work with Type Script or JavaScript in a Node.js environment, leveraging frameworks such as Express.
* Analyze system needs and ensure solutions account for architectural and operational requirements.
* Contribute to Agile development practices, including sprint planning and code reviews.
* Mentor teammates and share knowledge of tools and techniques.

Required Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience in software development.
* Proven experience in back-end development.
* Proficiency with Type Script or JavaScript.
* Hands-on experience with Node.js runtime environment and Express framework.
* Strong knowledge of SQL syntax and query writing.
* Expertise in API development, particularly with REST architectures.
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
* DoD 8570 Compliant Security+ or CISSP certification.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
* TS/SCI clearance is required. Desired Qualifications
* 3+ years of experience developing backend software applications/services.
* 2+ years of experience working within a microservices architecture.
* Experience with front-end technologies such as React and Next.js.
* Proficiency with testing frameworks and code quality tools, including Jest and Sonar Qube.
* Experience implementing user authentication workflows, including OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect.
* Knowledge of Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) tools such as Sequelize.
* Familiarity with JIRA, Git, and Git Lab.
* Strong problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis and corrective action planning.
* Ability to understand and translate user requirements into actionable solutions. Certifications
* DoD 8570 Compliant Security+ or CISSP certification is mandatory.
